I think she's adorable. Her mom played the cutesy role for many many years, and people liked it. Kate will probably do the same, because she obviously inherited her mother's genes...in both talent and beauty.

Jmast: My apologies. Drama is my expertise, but I didn't have to pour it out here.

I remember her Mom because I'm 50 years old. I never heard of her daughter until years later.

I must admit...being aware ( I was just a kid) in the 60s was a wild, wonderful thing.

But with age comes cynicism.

And for that, JMAST, I apologize. Sometimes I don't know when to turn the cynicism off.

My point was that her mother worked HARD to get where she was. And like every parent, she wanted to make it easier on her child.
If I had had kid, I would have done the very same. And probably with the same results. I don't blame Kate or Goldie for Kate's sitch.
