Are Amy Winehouse and Blake Headed For Divorce?

With her husband Blake in jail, Amy Winehouse has been spending some time with her ex-boyfriend, Tyler James. Blake isn't too happy about this and apparently he's threatening divorce. Under English law, a couple can't start divorce proceedings until one year after their wedding, but Amy and Blake's anniversary is coming right up in May. So tell us — do you think Amy and Blake will get a divorce?

I'm getting tired of this "if she gets another man she will be better off" comment. Do you realize how sexist you are being? Maybe the problem is not her man. Maybe it's her. Maybe she is a strung out crackhead who cares nothing for herself. Blaming the men in her life is silly. You somehow believe if she finds the right man he will clean her up. What she is doing to herself is a personal choice. Only she can choose to become a better woman. There isn't a man in the world who can do that for her.

I think because the U.S only really knows Amy as the crazy looking crack whore its hard to believe that she wants had a fuller figure and was pretty. I think that this ex-bf was with her then. Probably since he really knows her he is able to look pass the craziness. I hope they get divorced. Blake is dragging her down and she is really talented. It would be sad see that all thrown way for drug habits that are fueled by a user husband.

I hope she does because their co-dependent relationship is going to kill her. I loooove Amy, ever since Frank, her first album, came out and she's so talented, and beautiful. If you check out her pictures, circa 2003, she looks like an entirely different person. I so want her to get it together...without Blake Fielder-Civil... since she's such a talent. Love Amy.

Well, I like Amy Winehouse. Ironic with that name, isn't it? But anyways, I think that she and Blake will have an on-and-off again relationship. Even if they separate, they'll probably still be each others' true loves. And misery does love company...
