With her husband Blake in jail, Amy Winehouse has been spending some time with her ex-boyfriend, Tyler James. Blake isn't too happy about this and apparently he's threatening divorce. Under English law, a couple can't start divorce proceedings until one year after their wedding, but Amy and Blake's anniversary is coming right up in May.
