@sille @Freydathere has been much criticism of the DSM_IV criteria too. Angelina is not anorexic and for you to be spouting all this crap shows you are full of shi$ and not a clinician. True anorexics don't give birth to twins - they rarely can get pregnant - you have some need to sound important and knowledgeable but it just makes you appear ignorant. If you are anorexic you do not look as glowing and healthy as Angie - she is thin period- like most of hollywood

@sille I didn't say Angie was healthy. I don't know her. I said she looks healthy. I know there are a number of conditions that prevent people from gaining weight easily. I also know AJ has very thin arms and legs, full breasts and a very thick middle. In the United States it is HIGHLY inappropriate for psychologists/psychiatrists to say anything clinical about someone they have never met. It's called the Goldwater Rule. Clinicians can be struck off for doing so. You have never met Angie right? If you look closely at photos of AJ she isn't wearing hair extensions and she has on virtually no make-up. Her teeth look like her own too since they are crooked. Who would implant crooked teeth? Mostly you sound incredibly dumb and positively hateful. Any credible clinician wouldn't attack someone with anorexia no matter what their profile ... or any lesser condition.

@Freyda It's not a crime being too thin, but it is interesting that you view her as healthy, when she in fact is not. Obviously your knowledge of anorexia is limited, if you think not eating in public or being able to carry a child to a theater are criteria. In fact many anorectic people do eat in public to try and convince others that they aren't anorectic, and then they starve themselves, when they are not social. If you have any interest in getting to know the criteria for anorexia (not the ones you referred to, but the real ones that health care personnel use...) they are listed underneath. The criteria from DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Volume 4) provides guidelines and criteria for mental disorders.The DSM-IV criteria for Anorexia Nervosa is as follows: A. A refusal to maintain body weight at or above a minimally normal weight for age and height (e.g. weight loss leading to a maintenance of body weight less than 85% of that expected, or failure to make expected weight gain during period of growth, leading to body weight less than 85% of that expected). B. Intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat, even though underweight. C. Disturbance in the way in which one's body weight or shape is experienced, undue influence of body weight or shape on self-evaluation, or denial of the seriousness of the current low body weight. And to your last question; how an anorectic person can buy healthy looking skin and hair? Well, expensive hair extensions, a hair stylist, and a gifted makeup artist would easily do the job.

@Perfection2011 Oh my, what a reasonable and factual comment you just made. You must be proud of yourself. The only reason you're are dismissing my argumentation is a) you are biased and therefore unable to see that she is skinny, because you've been primed to believe that being underweight is normal or ideal og b) you do not have a valid argument and therefore have to dismiss my very factual argumentation by stating that I'm a whacko. That's very mature.

"Defend" her? What is being to thin a crime now? You need to read up on anorexia sille. Anorexics don't eat in public or hold press confereces or carry 3 year olds into a movie theater. How do "anorexics" buy glowing skin and shiny, healthy hair pray tell? What do you want Angie to do? Shoot herself? Stop looking FCOL!

@Perfection2011 Seriously? First of all; celebs of this type are loaded, and when you have enough money, you can buy your way to healthy-looking hair and teeth. In spite of that, doesn't the bony arms, wrists and legs concern you just a bit? Second of all I think there is a tremendous difference between being fit like Gwyneth and looking borderline anorectic like Angie does here. She looked way different and much healthier a couple of years ago. In 2007 she stated that she definitely was too skinny, but it was due to her grieving over her mother's death. It's now almost been 5 years, and she is still the same very unhealthy underweight woman. Different sources say that Angie is between 5 ft 6.5 and 5 ft 8, and several experts estimate her weight as being below 100 lbs. If we take the lowest estimated height (5 ft 6.5) and her weight as being 100 lbs (not the lowest stated) her Body Mass Index is 15,76! If we had taken one of the other possible height and a possible lower weight, of course the BMI would have been even more alarming. When your BMI is below 18, in psychiatric manners you are suspected of having a eating disorder, and when you score as low as 15,76 - well that is definitely not natural. Being a psychologist I know that therapy with so skinny people is useless - your brain acts more unreasonable about food and is in starvation mode. I can see why Angie herself, because of the above mentioned, might not be able to realize that she is too thin - but I do not get why you guys (presumably fans?) don't recognize it and defend her just because you might be a fan. It is a really unhealthy signal these celebs are sending to young girls, who grow up to believe that being really underweight is the ideal. I apologize in advance for possible language faults, but I'm not from the US or UK.

She is definitely looking too skinny. Looks really unhealthy, and very undesirable. She would be one of the world's prettiest women, if she gained some weight, but she looks terrible at this point.
