Angelina Jolie at Society of Cinematographers Awards

The Grammys weren't the only award show going down in LA last night — Angelina Jolie stepped out to attend the American Society of Cinematographers Outstanding Achievement Awards at the Grand Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center. Wearing Atelier Versace, Angelina was on hand to present the ASC Life Achievement Award to cinematographer Dean Semler. Angelina and Dean are close friends, having worked together on In the Land of Blood and Honey. He's also currently working as the cinematographer on her upcoming Maleficent. Angelina has so far sat out much of award season, as neither she nor her husband-to-be, Brad Pitt, have movies in contention.
