Ashlee & Pete: Hipster...Yet Endearing?

Somehow even after him being kind of a jerk and her looking a little scraggly, Ashlee and Pete are cuter than ever. Despite their Summer-Love-Only-Sweet-Nothings, I'm beginning to think that it's something more serious between these two pseudo-hipsters. I mean look how happy they are grabbing some groceries and hitting up a local hat store? To be fair, the hat store is probably their favorite place ever.

Why does a 30 year old man want to dress like a gay 18 year old kid?? His stupid girly jeans, gay shoes, and ugly hat that swallows his big greasy head. He always walks like he cant stand up straight and he is just gross gross gross!!!!

you can't call a hipster a hipster. They will get pissed and possibly lash out at you. Then again, if they look like a hipster, they are probably trying to be a hipster and are worthy of admonishment. That is confusing I know.Ashlee and Pete are prime examples of this idea. They dress like hipsters, act like hipsters, and, like kids that want to be hipsters, are putting on a charade of coolness. Their pseudo hipness is upsetting and gives the art/ fringe kids a bad name, the ones who actually do this without a touch of irony or pretense. If you ask how I know, it's because I am frequently called one. But, I'm not. I like way too much non-coke rap to be a hipster.

Ever since she went back to blonde hair and he new nose, she just seems to get trashier with each photo--almost like Mary-Kate Olsen. I loved her when she was doing her music---I loved the dark hair and the "punk-rocker" look. I miss that Ashlee!!!

Love ya Popsugar but please don't call them hipsters. How about poseurs? I'm sorry but this girl was the laughing stock of the entertainment industry and promoted self acceptance to little girls before losing weight and changing her face. And her brute of a boyfriend, I can't tolerate a second of a song nor do I know anyone who can. They're just money and fame.

Aw, they're the coolest people ever. The pwn at fashion. ;)If they were to have kids, their kids would be cooler than me. ps- Didn't anyone tell them that the straight leg look is out? I never believed it was in, it makes girls with big legs look bigger/fat and guys' legs look awkwardly skinny.

i find them like a train wreck. even though they are annoying i just can't help watching them...and dare i say even liking them. i wish the ashlee simpson show would come back on. :O
