Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz showed off their matching bangs — big day flat iron session! — posing on their wedding day for the cover of this week's People. Of course, thanks to Ashlee's pose and bouquet not only can we not see her dress, but there's no sign of that baby bump. Pete said of his bride, "She looked like a girl right out of a movie." Really though, I think we all know who steals the show on this cover — Hemingway the bulldog and ring bearer. Love him. Also, how hilarious is the picture of Jess and Tony dancing the night away in the corner? I can't wait to see the rest of the photos in the magazine!

Oh and I agree with what Ekrub said re: Jessica. Had to put in since i'm getting the negativity rub off me...."funny the pot calling the kettle black" it's an old saying, but from what i'm seeing andhearing/reading funny those insulting...real funny ROTFL. Don't throw rocks when you live in a glass house, what may look "ugly" or "fug" (what a stupid word, can't believe ppl still use that *sighs*) to others may look pretty to others, that's life which is really a good thing at times, and seemingly those spewing ....... I'll leave it there.

Not anyone's fault but the ppl at People Magazine if the covers looks terrible or whatever, nothing to do with anyone in the photos, blame the clown who took the photos. Anyways, I don't think they married quickly and who the hell is to judge?!!!!!!!! non celebs do more S**t and act and do the same things, enough of the petty crap, as far as i'm concerned, it seems like forever that were together and the baby now came into the picture. Enough of the judging these ppl about "marrying to early/quickly" to YOU, only they know if they are ready or not, if it's real or not, you're on the outside looking in and that's not always a great view, either way it's their life and THEY are the ones who have to deal with it. I wish them all the best, all of the newly weds in celebs world and new parents, all the best in their marriage, parenting, career and life! celebs don't always mean being negative...its always interesting the ppl others pick on when they are others ones that need some of that out there and other topics they can spread their negative views on or just make an effort to say something nice...sinerely and not sarcastically, who gaves a **** if you hate them?!! like they ever did anything to you and enough of the daydreaming over these men when you have some closer to you and that you can get! if a fan of either one, just be happy for them or you are not a "FAN" indeed, just someone living in a fantasy world or you wouldn't put so much negative into it, who gaves a hoot about the dog too, eww? gosh, i'd rather have something to say about a dog than another human being (which is funny enough).

1) Petes Tie is bigger than ashlees old nose 2) "she looked like a girl right out of a movie" really means "I wish i was marrying Judy Garland" or "gee i am so gay" 3) That poor dog is now the laughing stock of dogs everywhere, that happen to read People Magazine..maybe at the Vets office in the lobby because really the price for the rag is out of control. 4)He is going to look back at these pics and go "why didnt anyone tell me my hair was stupid?"

i wish ashlee wore her hair up and did somethings a little different with her make up maybe add some purple like her alice and wonderland theme; she looks like she always does on a regular day. they should of NOT put jessica on the cover.WTF.

Jessica really thinks she's the hottest thng to walk the earth and while some may agree, many like me think that is the damn ugliest man we've ever seen. So stop wearing stripper shoes to hide your stumpy legs, stop wearing stripper hair to hide your manly face ad stop dressing like a prostitute to distract from the truth that you are an obnoxious, self obsessed, ugly little man! Oh my god, where do I begin? First of all, Ashlee and Pete look like they do on any other day. Wtf is with his hair? Secondly, why is there is a huge picture of Jessica rubbing up against Tony that takes up most of the cover? I think Papa Joe is at work here...ehh I am so over them. I really think its weird that Tony would show up for the wedding, but then he wouldn't go with Jessica and her parents to Mexico (apparently Ashlee and Pete are staying at home for their honeymoon...which seems weird to me). Ugh tacky cover, People Magazine!

I like Pete & Ashlee. They look like them. I am happy with their photo. Most people look 100% unlike themselves for their wedding, and they looked cute. Stupid People Magazine, though, had to go and ruin the moment by putting a drunk blond on the cover...sad. But I guess Papa Joe had to prove to the world that Jessimo are still mega happy together.

It's the bride and groom's perogative to plan their wedding as they wish. It's maybe not how I would do it, but I hope they had a great time. As for Jessica, it's clear she'll draw criticism regardless of what what she does. She might as well enjoy herself at her sister's wedding. Drunk? How could anyone possibly tell from this photo? Maybe she was singing along? BTW, Romo looks plenty satisfied.

its wrong that when i first saw this picture i thought 'wow im shocked pete didn't wear his tradmark guy-liner' at least one of them changed their look for the ceramony they do look happy tho. its cute
