Ashley in NYC? Mary-Kate in Nylon? So Confusing

Usually I'm pretty good with my Olsen vs. Olsen identification, but I must admit that these photos had me stumped. They were labeled as Mary-Kate, which would be great to see after her little hospital scare last week, but methinks that it's Ashley. If only they weren't so wiley and hidey around the cameras. So I'm going to go ahead and say that this is Ashley Olsen (also, MK doesn't wear jeans or pastels all that often, and I'm a loser).
