Ashley Olsen layered up to take her dachshund for a walk around NYC on Saturday. She juggled a venti Starbucks coffee, two bags, and, at times, her dog, as she strolled through the West Village. Ashley and Mary-Kate were recently in Manhattan debuting the newest addition to their fashion empire — Mary-Kate and Ashley are launching a line of lower-priced handbags for Elizabeth and James. The more-accessible bags are the latest designs from the twins, who also have their labels The Row, Olsenboye, and StyleMint to spearhead. They'll show off their latest The Row collection with a presentation next Monday during New York Fashion Week.
