Beyonce and Jay-Z were out again in NY last night, this time to celebrate the 25th Birthday of Tocarra, who has probably done many more things in her life, but to me is still a girl from Cycle 3 of ANTM. Though they weren't photographed together, both illustrious members of Team B-Jay looked to be in top form at the party. Cause even when Jay's in his casual wear, he's still got the snazziest watch at the party. Also, surprisingly, B's totally not trying to upstage the birthday girl by wearing some ridiculous get-up.
