Beckham Is Settling In To Normal (Hot) Life

David looks like he's getting into the swing of things with his new LA life on and off the field -- including embracing geeky cell phone clips and finding what looks like his go-to coffee shop (lucky, lucky baristas). He was sadly only on Victoria's NBC special last night for a few minutes, but they were adequately gorgeous, especially the behind the scenes look at that steamy W photoshoot. Yum. What did you think about the special? The Beckhams are no strangers to the UK paparazzi, but the LA photographers are still new to the UK transplants. After a hectic and much photographed trip to Toys R Us this weekend, David told Extra about his new life:

• About the paparazzi: "We're a family, so we're not going to stop doing things just because of some of the things that go on around our life. We love taking them to the beach. We love taking them to the park, so that will carry on.”
• About rumors he is going to star in a movie with friend Tom Cruise: “I haven’t spoken to him about anything like that. But I'm all about the soccer and that's as far as it goes.”

I'm all about the soccer, too, but frankly, I'll watch no matter what he does. As for watching Posh ham it up Reality TV style, here's to hoping it expands into a whole guilty pleasure series, right?
