Ben Affleck Pictures With Istanbul Mayor Mustafa Demir

Ben Affleck had the company of Istanbul's Mayor Mustafa Demir yesterday for a tour around the city's Sultanahmet Square. The plaza is apparently one of the places Ben has scouted for use in his directorial project Argo. He's in Turkey currently gearing up to start work on the film, in which he'll also star alongside Bryan Cranston, John Goodman, and Alan Arkin. Ben's busy afternoon included a stop by Bilgi University, where he grabbed lunch with colleagues and posed for photos with excited fans. There was more fun for Ben with a stop at the Grand Bazaar. A photo of Ben was uploaded to Twitter as he browsed the market, the same place he excitedly shopped for rugs earlier this year!
