Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor have just sold the second house in their Hollywood Hills estate for $2.6 million.This second, smaller house, is a generous 4,062 square feet, situated on less than a third of an acre.

The entire compound, which included the Spanish-style home, another house, and a guesthouse, was put on the market over two years ago for $12.5 million. Since that time, the larger home was sold to Jason Statham last year for $7.32 million.

The entire compound features a one-bedroom guest house, a lovely pool, outdoor living and dining areas, and a lushly landscaped yard, full of palms, succulents, and full-grown trees.

The 2012 BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, CA, brought out plenty of stars over the weekend. Gwen Stefani and her oldest son, Kingston, sat in the stands next to Roger Federer's wife, Mirka, on Friday, when Roger took on Juan Martin del Potro. Gavin Rossdale watched the same match from another section, as did Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor. Ben and Christine stuck around to see Rafael Nadal beat David Nalbandian in another game, while Will Ferrell and his wife Viveca Paulin checked out the matchup between Ana Ivanovic and Maria Sharapova.

On Saturday, Ben, Christine, Will, and Viveca were back in the audience to see John Isner take home the win against Novak Djokovic. Ben and Christine also checked out Roger and Rafael's tennis game, which ended with Roger in the lead. Ben tweeted, "Tough day for my favorite Rafael Nadal. Amazing to watch him and the great Federer." Anna Wintour also showed up at the tournament yesterday. The tennis continues today, with the final men's singles game between Roger Federer and John Isner taking place this afternoon.

Jon Hamm joined the fun at last night's Hollywood Dominoes fundraiser. The organization's fifth annual gala, held at LA's Sunset Tower Hotel, brought out stars like Edward Norton, Ali Larter, Sophia Bush, and Ben Stiller. LeAnn Rimes wore a revealing Tom Ford dress on the carpet, looking happy to pose for photos. The evening was organized to benefit Paul Haggis's Artists For Peace and Justice organization. Jon apparently ended up the night's big winner, and became the proud owner of a brand new watch. It's a highlight during a busy period for Jon. His Mad Men will be back on AMC on March 25 — check out the new Mad Men promos. He's also got Friends With Kids, a movie written, directed by, and starring his real-life girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt, opening on March 9.

Ben Stiller was shirtless yesterday to hit the beach in Kauai. He spent time on the waves solo, using a paddle to stay afloat. Afterward, Ben hydrated with root beer before loading the board back into his car.

Ben and his wife, Christine Taylor, seem to love spending their vacations in Hawaii. Ben, Christine, Justin Theroux, and Jennifer Aniston were in the tropics together over the Summer, too. The foursome celebrated Christine's 40th birthday together back in August. Jen and Justin, though, apparently haven't joined Ben and Christine on their latest getaway.

Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, and Matthew Broderick got together last night for the NYC premiere of their comedy caper Tower Heist. Sarah Jessica Parker, wearing a tiered Narciso Rodriguez dress and Manolo Blahnik stilettos, was out late on a school night with her 8-year-old James Wilkie to show their love and support to Matthew. Ben cozied up to his lovely wife, Christine Taylor, on the red carpet while costars Eddie, Casey Affleck, Gabourey Sidibe, and Tea Leoni posed for photos before heading into the Ziegfeld Theatre. The screening brought out a variety of famous faces like Serena Williams, Donald Trump, Doutzen Kroes, and Diddy. Director Brett Ratner moved the afterparty to Stone Rose Lounge where he and the stars of the film partied late into the night alongside Jason Sudeikis and Mary-Kate Olsen.
