Beyonce's Deja Vu

Expect to see a lot more of Beyonce this fall. Along with her new album in September, she has landed a a deal with the Style Network. Here's more:

The programming and marketing partnership between Style Network, Beyoncé and her mother and partner, Tina Knowles, will feature programming throughout the third and fourth quarter of 2006 about Beyoncé's clothing line, House of Deréon. This will include Uncut: House Of Deréon Featuring Beyoncé & Tina Knowles, a one-hour behind the scenes look at the singer as she prepares to release her new CD and launch her clothing line; House Of Deréon Runway Special, a 30-minute special with fashion show footage; and Everyday Runway with Beyoncé and Tina Knowles.

I used to be a huge Beyoncé and Destiny's Child fan, I really liked her solo debut. But this song is the proof that B has lost all her flavor. Dejà Vu is nothing more than a bland, overproduced, soulless marketing coup from someone who doesn't seem to be able to reinvent herself. She uses every cliché in the pop/R&B book (come on, yet another duet with Jay-Z??? It might have worked for Crazy in Love, but please, enough already!!), and while it worked with Dangerously in Love, this time it just feels horribly contrived. Beyoncé looks beautiful, as usual, but as an artist, she just doesn't do it for me anymore. She really needs to be more original.

I think You all are haters and all of yall who said that you were fans at once but not anymore get a life because you aren't Beyonce and there will never be another I can't stand people who talk about Celebrities and down-play there work because if the tables were turned NONE of yall would have the guts to do what she does and guess what while yall sitting here basically with no lives trying to play her guess what she is still getting paid!!!!!!!! Think about it if you worked as hard as you possibly can on something and had a whole bunch of stupid people write that you just wasted your time on it I don't think you would be happy about that either!!! She is a great peroformer and singer and she breaks all the barriers for all performers who dance just like her or perform like her but are too afraid because of people like LIKE YOU! I lOVe Beyonce and she does what all of yall here could probably never do.

though this video sucked and i don't like her at all, particularly bc of her trashy and animal skin heavy "fashion house," she does look thin in the video. for the first time since her last solo cd, i don't think she looks fat.

OH MY GOD, THIS IS SOOO STUPID, IM ACTUALLY LAUGHING HARD...she is soo pathetic, she does the same moves in her video, with the same beats, same type of song, same outfits, same dance, she is annoying, nothing is speical about this song, or this retarded video, what the hell is she doing dancing like she's having a freakin stroke...it looks like shes on E!!!!... her outfits are FUGLY!!!!!!! and she always looks the same, for a woman who has no hair and always changes her with her weave and wigs she ALWAYS LOOKS THE SAME...BORING...MAYBE ITS JUST BE, BUT IM SO SICK OF YOU BEYONCE AND YOUR SO CALLED MUSIC...as well as Jay Z went downhill in my eyes.

ann_fancy, THANK YOU! she is a manufactured product a la britney. her music sucks. her voice is average. her accent is annoying. she is so extremely overrated. her albums should sell no more than hilary duff's though don't like her either. people should be famous because they are good at what they do (i.e. xtina aguilera, mariah, jodie foster), not because they shake their gelatinous butts on stage. after all, isn't that ALL that video girls do? don't see them making millions or enjoying any significant fame.
