While most of you loved Britney's "Womanizer" video another big female star released a video this weekend. Beyonce's "If I Were A Boy" video came out and since it was her single you liked more, see if the video lives up to the track. I think this song will be a big hit due to the creative thinking that went behind its making. The cinematography was done in a dramatic way to show true emotions to make you feel more of an artistic connection with the song.

What's so awesome about this video and song is that its not the typical..."shake your booty, woman hater song" Its reality and lots of women are not heard in their relationships and they stay in them even when its broken....Its deep and I'm glad Beyonce broke out of the mold and wrote this song...I love her and true lyrical musicianship

Boys in my experience are just like this. I love the "it's not like I slept with her," line. Just because you aren't having sex doesn't mean you're not hurting someone else with your actions. Go Beyonce! Listen to her whole CD and you'll see she's been through a lot.

This song is AWES!!! It makes a point to all th things guys get away with! if you don't watch it from tha start to tha end u wont get tha film clip!! In tha stat she's being him until they get home then things go back to normal. I LOOOOVE THIS SONG!!!

I love it.. I love the song but love the video as well... Of course this only pertains to some men. NOT ALL. I'm sure thats not what the message is. Abslolutely love it!!!

I Dont care beyonce did a wonderful job in this song! Alot of people say she copied of ciara, but no she didnt her video went deep into a boy. I Love ciara too but she didnt go into the concept of a boy! Beyonce rocked this video and the song! I lOVE Beyonce!

wade - Beyonce was nominated for a Golden Globe, not an Oscar. You scared me for a minute :) She definitely does not deserve an Oscar, her acting was mediocre at best in Dreamgirls.

Now that I've read all the comments, I have my own. Beyonce is just putting herself in her boyfriend's shoes. She would get to flirt and not answer the phone and get away with it. The video was good and it went with the song (I'm not in love with the song though). The concept of the song is similar to Ciara's but not the video. People re use the same concepts for movies, songs, shows all the time. Everything isn't going to be originial. I do like Single Ladies better (I automatically like up-tempo songs over slow songs) but this is no way near terrible. Both of the guys were very hott!!!!

@ lindsaybriggs, I actually love Beyonce, but I agree with you that Ciara did excatly the same song and pretty much the same concept. It was also in Black and White! Seriously, i expected more from beyonce. I guess her's could be considered more arty though, since it has "plot" and all...

i love it. but not just because she looked good. i didnt even really notice that. it was just perfect. amazing song, and great turn in the video. wonderful, beautiful, fantastic.
