Biel Steps Into Lohan's Shoes, Cat Fight To Come

Lindsay Lohan is still hard at work on I Know Who Killed Me, but she's scheduled to take a little break after she finishes filming in order to rest, recuperate, not party, you know how it is. In order to do this, Linds had to drop out of the movie A Woman of No Importance. It may have been the healthiest decision for the starlet, but certainly doesn't mean she'll be thrilled to hear who is filling her shoes; Lindsay's nonsensical nemesis (for the moment), Jessica Biel, has signed on to take over the role formally known as Lindsay's. Is Biel the new Lohan? Shhhh, don't say it too loud. We certainly don't want to upset LL when she's still recovering.
