Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds brought their Green Lantern chemistry to the stage tonight in order to present the best kiss statue at the MTV Movie Awards. The show's host, Jason Sudeikis, made a subtle reference to Blake Lively's nude photo scandal before she took the stage, but that didn't get in the way of her and Ryan trying their best to make their own introductions funny. For the third year running, the lip-lock honors went to Twilight's Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Kristen and Robert changed up their acceptance routine, though, with him running over to lay one on their other costar Taylor Lautner. Robert sweetly made things up to his real-life love Kristen by whisking her away from the podium with the comment, "I'm taking you backstage!"
