Blake's Puppy Just Couldn't Contain Herself

Blake Lively was cruising through NYC yesterday when her puppy, Penny, had an accident all over Blake's dress! The Gossip Girl star got out of the car and tried to cover up with a shopping bag, but we could see the damage had been done. Looks like Blake was a good sport about the mess, but at the end of the day she probably would have preferred the company of her other constant companion.

i'm with snarkly and whiplash, but didn't it say they were in the car at the time? Maybe not her fault- this time ;) idk, but that is the most adorable puppy ever. really. its a poodle, right? or is it one of those labradoodles?

Sometimes puppies pee on you even if you don't treat them as an "accessory." My little chihuahua has peed on all of our family members - most of the time its just because she gets too excited or nervous, especially after getting shots at the vet. Poor Blake, if she did get peed on, it must be embarassing. Penny is a cute puppy though.
