On Wednesday, Boston Marathon bombing victim Jeff Bauman joined Brian Williams on NBC Nightly News to talk about the incident, revealing that he noticed the suspect before the bombing took place. Referring to Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who pleaded not guilty to 30 federal charges yesterday, Williams said, "He didn't look right." Bauman agreed, saying, "No . . . You could tell people that were there for the marathon, because everyone was watching the marathon and everyone was having fun, talking . . . It's like a fun atmosphere, it was great, and he was just holding his backpack, not talking to anybody."
