Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have spent seven happy years together and in April they got one step closer to making it official. Brad's manager confirmed the couple got engaged saying, "Yes, it's confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There's no date set at this time." That same day Angelina showed off her gorgeous ring!

I loved both of them as individuals, long before they became an item. And man their chemistry is explosive. He looks so much happier since he has been with Angelina then he ever did with Jennifer. Jennifer always came across to me as needy and self centered and a spoiled brat. Love this couple. I hope they make it the long haul.

I agree. I have always had Ireland in my mind for some reason. I think it slipped into my subC after reading some tab long ago saying they were planning that and Bono was going to officiate. I thought "how cool!" knowing it was a tall tab tale. Still like the idea of a little stone chapel with all the boos standing up with them and just a small intimate gathering.

Respect your perspective but if I looked what you refer to as "old and haggard" like them? I'd be a happy broad lol. If anything, it makes them *us* to not try and hide their flaws.

I have been a fan of both individually pretty much always and when I first heard the rumors of them possibly being an item I was like "perfect for each other" and I was right. I knew it already before they ever got together that if they ever did, it would be the great one, the big one, the last one (you get my drift). If people would dare stop hating them for a moment and just think about it, they'd have to admit that this is genuine life changing love and they found it with each other come what may. They've always been married souls in my book and simply are going on legal record as such. God bless em.

They always look so happy to be together - love a couple that is always smiling and laughing - congratulations to them - that said I do think it is a bit much for a couple with 6 kids to be "engaged" just get married if that's what you want
