Brad Pitt stepped out solo today for a visit to the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans. He visited a house rebuilt by his own Make It Right Foundation, which was founded back in 2007. Their ongoing goal is to rebuild green, storm-resistant homes for families that lost everything in Hurricane Katrina.

Brad's been in the Big Easy for the past few days while Angelina Jolie attends the Women in the World Summit in NYC. Brad went on a bike ride earlier in the week around town while Shiloh, Maddox, and Zahara took their family dog, Jacques, on a stroll through their neighborhood.

Photo op indeed. These two don't do anything without calling the press and getting a picture. So much for just out of the goodness of their hearts. Thats why I'm a huge supporter of giving discreetly. Then you truly know ones intent isn't for themselves.
