Breaking News: Breaking Dawn 100% to Be Two Movies

Taylor Lautner hit the gym today on his 18th birthday, and we all have something else to celebrate! Last night a source broke the news to us that the final Twilight saga installment, Breaking Dawn, will in fact be two movies. Apparently they are putting the finishing touches on the two scripts, which must mean that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner are all in for it! There have been rumors for months that the epic fourth book will become two movies, and now it's official — we can't wait for more details. Where do you think Breaking Dawn should get split up? Happy birthday to Taylor and happy more Twilight day to us!

Oh and Eclipse is a "dark" part of the story.. so there shouldn't even be any cheesy stuff.. unless its between bella, edward, and jacob..

They should end it before all the Volturi and vampire aliance stuff happens.. Like the "climax" i gess.. when they know someone is coming after the baby.. then cut.. well yea.. i hope u get wat im saying..

There is barely enough substance for one movie in that book, so hopefully they are going to add some things (that would actually make sense). The first three were amazing, Meyer really blew it in book 4.

In my head I pictured them ending the first at the point before she transforms, and the second picking up when she is in her head trying to figure out what happened. I think it will be good to have them film back to back on this, if that's true, so they can keep the momentum and the stars can get on with their careers. My only concern is the writing, hopefully I'm wrong. I agree the scenes in the movie we all are anxious to see will probably be less sexy than described in the book.

I actually hated the New Moon script. I hope that Eclipse and Breaking Dawn script will be much better!! And I want to know who will be the lucky girl who will play Renesmee!! I have heard that there's a possibility to see an eleven-year-old Renesmee in Breaking Dawn 2... About the end of the first movie I totally agree with flyowsley... I can't wait for it!!

You will all be disappointed with Breaking Dawn, your expecting sex scenes to be hot but their target audience is teenagers, trust me you will not see what you want. Best of checking out Remember Me and bel Am i if your looking for sexy scenes with Rob. If they make Jacob a central character again...this will be a snooze fest just like New Moon.

oh great, double the amount of crappy movies, HORRIBLE acting and just plain stupidity. this is some of the worse news i've ever heard. TWILIGHT- OVERRATED AND CRAPPY!!

Yay!!!!! I'm ecstatic that BD is going to be split into two movies! There is so much to cover in the book and I don't think one movie would do the book justice. I also think it should end with Bella becoming a vampire or an alternative Bella going into labor. Oh man I can not wait to see it, BD is my favorite out of the saga, because everything kind of comes together in the end. I just love happy endings! :cheer:

i'm thrilled and not at all surprised. i just wonder what the release schedule will be so that they don't lose the momentum and when they will begin filming. i can't wait though!

Less cheesy. That would mean a better screen writer & I'm not holding my breath. A director who does NOT kill the Chemistry. More passion between the characters of Rob and Kristen. Go back and read the set up of New Moon before the break up and the reunion scene. That was NOT translated well on the screen at all. My fav book of course is Eclipse. Only God knows what they've done to it. However i'm willing to give David Slade the benefit of the doubt.

They need to move in a slighlty new direction. Less Taylor. Rob a LOT less brooding YOUR DEPRESSING ME. And make Kristen sexxy as fVck. Oh and a better screenwriter. Let's spice things up PEOPLE.
