Britney Breaks from Rehab for More Help!

Okay, this is really bugging me. If you look closely, you will notice that her belt is floating somewhere between the bottom of her cut off shirt and the top of her jeans, meaning that it is actually around nothing but skin. The pants have loops on them, for fricks sake! How hard is to actually work a belt?

I can't even acknowledge that she maybe looks okay in the rest of the picture because this belt thing is making me so crazy.

Awwww, look at Brit Brit! She looks happy for a change. I am wondering why she shaved her head only to slap a wig on her head. ?????? Oh well. At any rate I hope she's getting better. Now back to rehab!

And kscincotta, are you serious about her belt??? Her belt is sitting ON her jeans, not her skin. What the hell are you talking about and who cares???? See, that's what her problem is. People picking at every single little insignifigant thing.

The belt is indeed skimming the top of her jeans. Now I personally don't care where she or anyone chooses to wear a belt but it always bugs me when people go on rants without actually bothering to really look into things themselves...

Not buying the PPD theory.. didn't her manager say "something very traumatic happened? And they hoped it would never happen again?" This girl needs to admit to her demons.. using PPD is pretty low in my book. I have a SIL with it and it is not something you should just throw around because you want public sympathy. That said I am happy she is getting help.. for WHATEVER her real problems are!!!

Not to kick a dog when they are down, but I don't think she looks so great here. Granted, an improvement over recent episodes, but I hate the jeans tucked into the boots, the shirt and jacket are not attractive, her expression looks crazed in all the photos, and she's scrawled all over her hand with an ink pen like a 4 year old would.

But I hope things get better for her.

kscincotta - i was totally going to comment on how brit's fashion sense hasn't gotten any help in rehab. that mockneck midriff shirt was so 1999. she probably pulled it out of her old wardrobe cuz the poor thing was addicted to those back then. guh. at least her wig looks good. or maybe. the hat is hiding it.

I can't believe she is making a stunt out of going to a meeting! Disgusting. At rehab, you think they don't have inhouse meetings? I can't believe how easily so many of you lap it up...

You almost forget she's even wearing a wig since it's a good color and is hidden under that hat. As for the rest of the ensemble - blech... but that's not really important. I hope she's focusing on things other than her outfit.

What a crock of sh*t. Her only withdrawl seems to be from getting her picture taken. She needs to step out of rehab to go to a meeting (LL)???? PLEASE, she needed to here the clicks and see the flashes.

Anyone ever hear the saying "ignorance is bliss"? That is the true reason for the smile.

My brother was in rehab and they kept him in lock down for 6 weeks. No trips to AA meetings, no family visits, not even phone calls. The first 10 days are supposed to be spent dealing with withdrawels and such so that leaves me wondering, what exactly is it that she is "rehabilitating" from.

This has PR stunt written all over it. All she is doing is smiling and walking, with help, they have her hopped up on happy pills to make it appear all is well. But anyone that does all the crap she has done is not well - and wouldn't be all better in a week. Total crap!

britney needs to be locked in a padded room somewhere. not out and about going away to aa meetings. what good is a 40k a week rehab facility if it does not offer meetings? she drew all over her hands, (she drew a ring on one of her fingers!) she is crazy and needs more then just rehab..

At least she's trying or seems to be trying. I hope she does turn her life around.

Is there a rehab for repeat fashion offenders?

I really dont understand why AA doesnt have meetings at rehab centers. It seems so odd to me that you have to LEAVE rehab to get help with alcoholism.

no kidding! I'd think that a rehab facility (esp. one that is 40k!!) would have onsite counselors...

I am sure they DO have AA meetings at this facility. But Brit's press addiction wouldn't let her stay out of the camera for more than a week.

I have absolutely no respect for this person. Put your kids before your ego and need for attention! Stay put and get healthy.

Smile doesn't seem genuine. And I don't chalk up her antics to PPD - that's the easy way out. Staying away from the spotlight to get help is what's needed. Doesn't rehab have all the services needed to recover from whatever you are suffering from? Seems to me, for the amount Promises charges, she shouldn't have to go elsewhere!
