Britney may have finally settled her hit and run, but her driving skills could still use some polishing. Last night she accidentally ran over the foot of a photographer trying to get a glimpse of her as she left a medical building. To be fair, it can't be easy to drive in a sea of paparazzi but tell us — do you think Britney is at fault?
