Britney Finishes Up at Promises

After a very public downward spiral, and just under 30 days in rehab, Britney Spears is back at home. Britney checked out of Promises late last night, we can only assume in order to avoid the daytime paparazzi frenzy. Her manager released a statement saying that Britney successfully completed her program and asks that everyone respect her privacy at this time. She still has a long way to go and custody issues to work out with Kevin whose birthday is today! How nice of Brit to be home in time. K-Fed also cancelled his big party tonight - perhaps to support her homecoming. We just hope for Britney to continue on the road to a full recovery, and a big comeback.

I still think that everyone should leave her alone until she's able to actually (and logically) take care of herself and her family for awhile. All I feel for her is pity.

Well, I give her credit for leaving Promises without making it a photo-op like she's done on her other "field trips". I have a hard time buying that she's all better and perfect in just 30 days, but I will take this as a sign that maybe she's at least had a re-think about her public image and keeping things private.

I wish nothing but the best for this girl but I too feel that she is not in anyway ready to go back into the spotlight! She needs to move far far away from Tinseltown to spend sometime with her children and at the same time get better! I'm not a naive girl and know that she has done some very shameful things but it's so hard to not like someone you admired for so long! I know it's beyond corny that I even admitted that but I was such a huge fan and feel like most of you would understand!

I wonder why people continue to support someone who, recent issues or not, has never shown that her character is respectable. People seem to overlook her massive self obsesssion that even children can't shake.

How is it possible she is cured in just 30 days when everyday I read here and on other sites about how she is not taking her meds, is using a cell phone and starting a relationship with another patient against the rules etc. I'm not gonna be surprised one bit if tomorrow the first news item posted is something crazy she's done again.

Thank you for sharing something so personally. A lot of times we have been where these celebs are.... we are not mindless people whom, just follow a pack!! That we leave up to anyone who is involved with TinyTom Crusie!!! LOL!!! Brit has A LOT of growing up to do!!!!
