Want to work for Britney? She dumped her PR rep Leslie Sloane Zelnik while she was still together with Kevin, and now that she's single she needs serious help keeping her brand alive. Hanging out with Paris is not helping either. Oh and there is another issue - insiders are saying she's a total mess and won't take anyone's advice. Perhaps this is why we saw her with Paris' main-PR-man Elliot the other night. Britney needs help STAT. Someone please come to her rescue before we lose her forever.
