Britney Is Smiley, Clean & More Put Together (Finally)

In the past week, Britney has somehow reestablished herself as the most stable in the Lindsay-Paris-Nicole-Mischa set. It's hard to compare, considering Brit should be more responsible, since she has two babies, but still she's on the upswing. Here she is, out tanning (again) yesterday afternoon with her huge, shiny, trademark smile on her face and still biting those nails. I still wish she would somehow ditch the extensions, but after yesterday's missive to her fans -- somehow Brit is seeming more together again. No use in really getting hopes up though. Judging from how things are going with these girls recently, who knows what her future will hold.

hey did you guys hear about her excursion to skybar tho? sounds like a lilo thing if you ask me. i think the idea is to NOT emulate lindsay... and puking in a bathroom with your wig falling off is a big no no.

This is an improvment, but shes still got a long way to go. I mean, she could atleast pull that strap of her dress up, sometimes this girl just cant help but be trashy. Those extension are already looking all ratty and ick. She either needs to have someone show her how to care for them properly or (and this is my vote) rock the short hair. I REALLY want to see her with a cute, non-bleached, short do. I think it would really help with her whole image makeover, because as long as she keeps those ratty things she gonna look like trash.

I have to disagree, I don't think she looks more put-together. She needs to get rid of the hair..And with someone that has that much money, she could at least buy clothes and accessories that do not look like something we can purchase for $20 or less.

She never seems to get it quite right. Her straps are hanging off in these pics...who does that? I go crazy when I even suspect my straps are showing or hanging...that's just like the basics in dressing appropriately.

I don't see how anyone can look at those pictures and say that she looks great, and is on an "upswing". And they don't allow cameras into the Sky Bar...they aren't just going to tell the paps to follow her into the bathroom for crying out loud. This may be one of the times where she actually used the BACK DOOR. Most celebs use the private entrances all the time, but not Brit! I agree with Jillness...she is obsessed with the media.

not a brit fan, but i'm rooting for her. her little missive actually showed flashes of insight so i think she really could be starting to mature. it may be two steps forward and one step back, but i like to think that she'll get there in the end.

How can anyone say she is more put together than ever before when she gives lame excuses for her constant idiotic behavior?? "I was like someone on ADD" is the excuse she gave on her on her site and that it didn't have to do with depression which is complete BS and is said by someone in DENIAL. So no, she is not level-headed nor getting there anytime soon.

Is it a conicidence that her "letter of truth" came out the day everyone got back from Lohan DUI weekend?? I don't think so. This is a person that will walk 80 feet over sand to get to a 50 person pack of paparazzi. I bet she is jealous over Lindsay's attention...she even talked to x17 about it! Paris, Lindsay, and Brit are all the same: in love with press. At least Paris admits it.
