Britney Spears proved to be ratings gold for her appearance on How I Met Your Mother this week, and she may already be lining up another small-screen gig. According to OK! Magazine, she might walk the orange carpet at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday night. Apparently it's a secret and nothing has been confirmed yet, but tell us — do you want to see Britney at the Kids' Choice Awards?

Like it or not the kids look up to her and buy her music. She is someone that belongs there because she should show them that she is strong and okay. I know there are probably lil girls out there crying and hoping Brit is okay... come on guys.. its good for the kids to see her and for gods sake its a 5 min appearance, that is not using her ~ pushing the album or the concerts and more tv and more mags and more interviews... thats using her.

Shouldn't the people invited be good role models for kids?! She can't even maintain custody of her own children. It's shocking to me that they would even consider having her there.

NO WAY! What would be the point/reason for her being there.She is not kid friendly & her own are not even old enough to justify her going. Plus, if I was a parent in attendance with my kids I wouldnt really want her around.

I agree with Kelson. Brit needs to keep working. It is how she can show the court (and the world) that she is getting better.However, I voted No because :1)it is too much too soon 2) seems like they are just using her to get ratings3) she might mess it up and all the improvements she's made this past month or so will just be forgotten

I don't think the Kids Choice Awards fits Britney right now. She doesn't have any kids' projects and the target audience probably barely remembers the early days of Britney. Switching gears for a second, I don't understand the logic of Britney working = Britney being selfish. Britney working, in my opinion, is a way for her to show the court she's taking some responsibility and making an effort to get her life back on track.

Jenny, you're right up until "Show the world the old Britney". She'll unfortunately never be the old Britney again. She's gone through too much for that now. But she CAN be great again, and re-invent herself.

Although I love my Brit, I chose NO because she's not ready yet. If she didn't promote her own album back then, why will she show up to any awards show if she has nothing to promote? I want her to get better (even though she's improved) and then show the world the old Britney we love and missed!
