Hey there, I'm Karli Bulnes. We take you inside Britney Spears's big engagement celebration in today's PopSugar Rush.
Britney Spears and her new diamond ring both sparkled as fiancé Jason Trawick planted a kiss on her cheek during a party at Planet Hollywood's roof top club in Las Vegas Friday night. The newly engaged couple headed to Sin City just one day after Jason popped the question on his 40th birthday Thursday in LA. While the pop star kept her ring finger under wraps when they first arrived, the gloves were off Friday evening! Both Brit and Jason proudly posed together to show off the gorgeous Neil Lane sparkler.
Jason collaborated closely with Neil Lane for the last month to come up with a special ring for Britney. The final design is supposed to resemble a crown because Neil Lane says Jason considers Britney his "everyday princess."
Brit looked amazing in her sexy Herve Leger dress, which she wore to cut Jason's birthday cake. Brit and her husband-to-be then shared a private romantic meal at the Sugar Factory's Chocolate Lounge before hopping over to Paris's Chateau Nightclub, where they held court at a VIP table and danced the night away. Brit later tweeted that she was blessed, saying, "Tonight was one of the most magical nights of my life. Such an amazing time with my new fiancé and our closest friends and family."
Speaking of family, the father of Britney's two children, Kevin Federline, has even spoken out in support of his ex-wife. He told TV Week magazine that he's really happy for Britney and that he thinks Jason is a "good guy" who will make a good stepfather.
Brit's whirlwind couple of nights came to a sweet close on Saturday when she and all three of her favorite boys arrived back in LA.
