Britney Spears stopped at a grocery store to pick up flowers in LA yesterday. She wore a studded black coat and Monica Corte wedge sneakers while making her way out to her car. Britney has been staying busy on the West Coast with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, as well as their newest four-legged friend. Earlier this week, Britney and the boys visited a veterinarian's office with their white teacup puppy, who was spotted wearing a tiny pink cast. Britney is also enjoying the recent success of her "Scream & Shout" remix video, which was released on Valentine's Day and already has over 8 million views.
