Cameron Diaz in Tight White Pants Pictures in NYC

Cameron Diaz took a break from her trendy bright jeans to wear an all-white outfit, which she paired with a leather jacket, last night as she headed out for an evening of socializing in NYC. The actress, who's in the Big Apple with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, made a stop by Gwyneth Paltrow's cookbook party before heading off to her next destination. She and Alex are fresh off a weekend in Boston, where his Yankees lost two out of three games in its series against the Red Sox. Alex's squad begins the first of three matchups against the Baltimore Orioles tonight, and he and Cameron are probably hoping for a better win/loss ratio this time around. Alex, though, was sick and missed their most recent stint on the field Sunday, and he's apparently hoping to be well enough to join his buddies this evening at their stadium in the Bronx.
