Carson Bugs Out

Does anyone else think his eyes are scary yet the most insanely beautiful shade of blue? It looks weird. I think the spandex under his shirt looks even more awkward. I think he just found about Ryan Seacrest's insane $21 million deal with E!. He must be thinking - that should have been me. They are kinda the same person to me.
