Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt took their dog for a walk in LA yesterday ahead of Mad Men's sixth season premiere. The two showed PDA while holding hands as Jennifer kept their pup Cora on a leash. This isn't the couple's first PDA dog walk. Jon and Jennifer took Cora out for a walk last week and put their love on display while cuddling and hugging during the stroll. He was recently featured in Rolling Stone's April issue, where he responded to talk of his "impressive anatomy," among other topics. Ryan Gosling pulled into an LA gas station to fill up his tank this afternoon. He showed love to his dog George, who waited patiently in the car, during the service stop. Ryan was sporting a shirt that featured Macaulay Culkin for the outing, which comes just after his return to the West Coast from NYC. He was in the Big Apple promoting The Place Beyond the Pines, and during an interview about the project, he revealed that he's taking time off from acting. Ryan said he needs a break from himself "as much as I imagine the audience does." Before his hiatus, we'll be able to see him on the big screen on March 29, when The Place Beyond the Pines opens in limited release. Britney Spears held her new puppy close as she headed into a pet hospital in Thousand Oaks, CA, yesterday. On the way in, the puppy was wrapped in a blanket and later emerged with one paw fitted with a bright pink bandage. Britney's sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, were along for the trip, though they stayed outside with Britney's bodyguard during the visit.

Britney's new teacup-sized pal isn't the only thing keeping her busy lately. Last week, Will.i.am released the pair's new music video for the remix of "Scream & Shout." The unexpected Valentine's Day premiere was a treat for fans who responded with half a million views in less than one day. It was also met by rapper Eve's comment that Britney didn't sing on the track, causing Britney's team to set the record straight, saying the remark was "completely not true."

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds tried to stay warm when they stepped out together in Sudbury, Canada on Saturday. The couple layered up, with Blake in a long Canada Goose parka and Sorel boots and Ryan in a puffy gray coat, as they grabbed a bite at the Artisan Bakery. Blake was also spotted walking around town with her dog Penny bundled up in her coat. She and Ryan are temporarily staying up north while Ryan films his latest project, Queen of the Night, with Rosario Dawson and Scott Speedman. Before she headed up to Canada, Blake was busy doing press for the Gucci Première fragrance last week. During interviews, she gushed over Beyoncé's Super Bowl halftime performance. Blake said, "I just want Beyoncé to be the mother of my children. She was amazing! I can't, I can't even. I don't even have words for her." Perhaps Blake will get a chance to catch Beyoncé's new HBO documentary, Life Is But a Dream, when it premieres on Feb. 16.
