Chris Files his Papers

We thought Kate and Chris might be rethinking their marriage, but Chris filed for divorce today. After almost 6 years of marriage, the two split in August. TMZ reports that he is citing irreconcilable differences, and is seeking joint custody of Ryder. The two apparently have a prenup, and Chris isn't looking for financial support. Let's hope they continue to keep it civil for Ryder. Wonder if this means Kate and Owen will make a public appearance soon.
