Chris Hemsworth Pictures at The Avengers Premiere

Chris Hemsworth slicked back his blond hair and donned a dapper gray suit to hit the red carpet at the world premiere of The Avengers in LA this evening. We talked to Chris about getting back into the character of Thor as a follow-up to his 2011 leading superhero role. The actor played it humble when asked about the amazing year he and his brother, The Hunger Games' Liam Hemsworth, are having, though Chris did gush about his sibling's talent standing out despite a fairly small amount of screen time in the blockbuster film. Chris did stay on team Avengers, however, when given a choice of who would win in an archery battle, Hawkeye or Katniss Everdeen. Chris was without his wife Elsa Pataky tonight, though she did recently show off her baby bump in a bikini on a yacht alongside the likes of Matt and Luciana Damon.
