Courteney's Still Got It

Courteney and David took a break from their favorite restaurant Il Sole this week to head to another favorite, Nobu in Malibu. Whatever they're eating, it seems to be working well for Courteney. Even with no makeup she looks flawless and as beautiful as ever, not to mention totally fit. I think she looks beautiful and I am not even looking at her body. Her face is flawless. I have always thought her and David made a hot looking couple.

She was not always that skinny. Watch the first season of friends. Neither was Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow. People's metabolisms don't speed up as they age and have kids. The first season is the only time she looked really good. She was probably a size 4. If you put her picture then and now next to each other, she looks 20 years older and dying.

The next time I see a picture of Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham and Angelina Jolie who are on said list of inspiring actresses on "how to become a better anorexic," I will applaud them for looking so gorgeous and "fit." All have gorgeous skin and non-saggy at that. Those three ladies as well as Christina Ricci (pre-treatment), Calista Flockhart, Lara Flynn Boyle before she gained weight, Tracey Gold, Portia de Rossi, Geri Haliwell (when bulimic), Twiggy, Jodie Kidd, Audrey Hepburn and...drum roll please....Karen Carpenter who died from complications of anorexia. If 5'7", 100 lbs girls with a serious disease are looking up to you to inspire further weight loss, you're too thin.
