Courteney's Plan B

It's no secret that Courteney and David have a passion for real estate and she's known for fixing up houses and selling them for a pretty profit. Well, now Ms Cox will be able to make even more dough. The actress and producer will be adding real estate agent to her resume. She's applying for an agent's license, which gets her more commission when she sells a house. Looks like a solid back up plan if Dirt doesn't make it past season 2 (however, we'd hope that isn't the case).
