Michelle Williams helped the Weinstein Company get a head start on the Golden Globes celebration last night. Harvey Weinstein's enterprise hosted a bash at the Chateau Marmont that brought out the My Week With Marilyn star and her best friend, Busy Philipps. Busy was still in the bright blue Carven dress she wore to the 2012 People's Choice Awards, where she told us about her plans to be Michelle's date to the Golden Globes on Sunday! The girls went together last year as well, when Michelle was nominated, but lost, for Blue Valentine. Busy joked that if Michelle doesn't win this year, perhaps she should consider another date for future award shows!
A mustache-sporting Bradley Cooper also made the rounds at Harvey's party after stopping by Liam Neeson's premiere of The Grey. He said hello to friends at the Chateau like Paula Patton, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Morrison, Lindsay Lohan, and Downton Abbey's Elizabeth McGovern. Many of the famous fans who headed out to see the seventh NBA playoff game in LA last night left happy after the Lakers beat the Celtics! The final score was 83-78, and that was enough to earn the Lakers their second consecutive championship. Jake Gyllenhaal was front and center with friends, while nearby Courteney Cox and David Arquette chilled with Laura Dern and Ben Harper. The Kardashian clan was there to cheer on Lamar Odom along with their close friend Ryan Seacrest, whose lady love Julianne Hough was away on business. Fergie took in the action with her husband, Josh Duhamel, while Usher was there solo. Christina Aguilera once again serenaded the stadium with the national anthem, then she took a seat beside her husband, Jordan Bratman, to root for the hometown team.

Famous basketball fans headed to LA's Staples Center last night to watch as the Lakers beat the Celtics in game six of the NBA finals. Leonardo DiCaprio didn't take in the last few match-ups in Boston with Massachusetts fans like Tom Brady, but he was back out yesterday to support his favorite team. Joining Leo was First Lady Michelle Obama, who made special plans to attend after a day of meetings in California. Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green kept their heads down on their way inside, but they have some celebrating to do — they're apparently engaged again! Lenny Kravitz, meanwhile, was happy to smile and wave for fans. Christina Aguilera treated the stadium to the national anthem, afterward joining her husband, Jordan Bratman, to cheer on their hometown players.

Jessica Simpson spent last night out at the Laugh Factory in LA seeing her Employee of the Month costar Dane Cook's standup act. The pair also dated back in the day, and Dane's one of the ex-boyfriends Jess talked about evidently still being on good terms with in Allure. There are rumors, though, that Jess isn't too happy with another former flame, John Mayer, after he talked about their sex life, among other things, in Playboy. Jessica is just getting started with promotion for her new series The Price of Beauty, and she might take the chance to get some revenge if she's asked the right question about her relationship with John.

Kid Rock was on hand last night to help Jeremy Piven celebrate the upcoming release of The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard in Las Vegas. Jeremy walked the red carpet along with Will Ferrell, who was one of the film's producers as well as a guest star.
