3 ounces Reed's Ginger Brew or other ginger beer
Juice of 1/4 lime
1 1/2 ounces of Gosling Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum or other dark rum
Candied ginger for garnish

1. In a tall chilled glass or a glass filled with ice, add 3 ounces cold Reed's Ginger Brew, or other ginger beer, and juice of 1/4 lime.
2. Top with 1 1/2 ounces Gosling's Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum or other dark rum. Garnish with candied ginger.
