Kristen Bell and her fiancé Dax Shepard got out to enjoy the warm LA weather on Saturday. They met up with friends at Griffith Park, where they hung out at a picnic table, showed sweet PDA, and played with their dog before heading off on a hike. Kristen and Dax watched the documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead later that night before Kristen caught a flight out of town on Sunday morning. She headed to Wilmington, NC to start filming Writers alongside Lily Collins, Greg Kinnear, and Jennifer Connelly. Kristen's been juggling multiple projects lately including her Showtime series House of Lies and her ongoing narrating job on Gossip Girl. In addition to her small screen roles, she has Movie 43 and Outrun, which also stars Dax, in the works.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard relaxed at an LA park together on Saturday. The couple, who have been engaged since 2010, read magazines while their dogs played nearby. Kristen recently stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to chat about her upcoming movie Big Miracle, though talk turned to her 31st birthday last Summer when Dax presented Kristen with a gift she'd been dreaming about her whole life. Dax arranged for a sloth to be at their house during the bash, and in her extreme excitement, Kristen cried hysterically — the Kristen Bell with a sloth video is too funny to miss!


Kristen and Dax are keeping busy with multiple projects on both the big and small screens. Dax has his current TV hit, Parenthood and a new romantic comedy called Outrun hitting theaters this Summer while Kristen's whale-saving drama, Big Miracle, comes out on Friday and a new episode of her House of Lies airs on Showtime this Sunday.

Lauren Conrad got Punk'd as she left lunch at King's Road Cafe in LA a few days ago! The MTV series returns to the airwaves soon, and Lauren was one of the revamped show's first victims last Friday. After Lauren and her friend finished their meal, she was apparently tricked into thinking a woman was stuck in the trash compactor of a passing garbage truck. A visibly concerned Lauren even got in on the rescue effort, helping unload bags of recycling from the vehicle, as a group of people tried to "free" the woman. Lauren realized she was on the receiving end of a major prank, however, when Dax Shepard showed up on the scene. Lauren looked genuinely surprised — and relieved — as he gave her a hug and reassured her that no one had really been in danger. Lauren was with a female pal during the unexpected TV appearance, but last night, Lauren and her rumored boyfriend Derek Hough hung out at dinner and a nightclub. The cute new pair were also seen kissing on the dance floor during another recent night out together.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard hopped on the back of two beach cruisers and took to the streets of LA on Saturday. The pair rode around town and stopped for an occasional kiss. Kristen's back from a recent trip to South Africa, where she swam with sharks, and is gearing up for the Jan. 8 premiere of her new Showtime series, House of Lies. Her schedule is jam-packed with projects in the new year; in addition to narrating Gossip Girl Kristen's also starring with Drew Barrymore and John Krasinski in the whale tale, Big Miracle. Dax's acting career is right on track as well with a new storyline stirring up drama for his Parenthood character. Kristen and Dax have been engaged for almost two years and are clearly going strong, despite not sharing any wedding plans just yet.

David Beckham and Justin Bieber led the fun at last night's Do Something Awards, as the action moved from the blue carpet to inside the Hollywood Palladium. Justin was named the year's Do Something Music Artist, while David picked up an honor for his athleticism from his best pal Gordon Ramsay. Olivia Wilde, in Chloé, won the prize for Do Something Actress. She celebrated alongside Sophia Bush, who was among the other famous attendees like Amy Poehler, Kristen Bell, and Dax Shepard. Kim Kardashian was on hand to present another statuette, leaving Justin's side long enough so that the youngster could rub elbows with funny man Will Ferrell — check out loads of photos from the show in our gallery!

Last night's VH1 Do Something Awards, hosted by Jane Lynch, brought tons of stars out to the Hollywood Palladium. There were many familiar faces from last weekend's Teen Choice Awards, including David Beckham, who was once again accompanied by his oldest son Brooklyn. Beckham buddy Justin Bieber was on hand, though his lady friend, Selena Gomez, wasn't able to turn out since she was off performing in Chicago. Kim Kardashian walked the blue carpet without her soon-to-be husband Kris Humphries, but she had pal Demi Lovato by her side. However, Kim and Kris met up for a late dinner afterward. Kristen Bell, in Etro, and Dax Shepard showed off their love for the cameras. She was on hand to present an award during a break from doing press for her upcoming show House of Lies. The many men of The Hangover Part II gathered at Grauman's Chinese Theatre last night for their big LA premiere. Bradley Cooper was dapper in a Tom Ford suit and flashed a big smile for photographers next to his costars Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms — they even had Crystal the Monkey there! Ken Jeong was one of the first down the carpet, and he spoke to us about his excitement at reuniting with the guys. He even admitted to being open to expanding his Mr. Chow character in a possible spinoff. Ken, who's actually an MD in real life, said his medical knowledge came in handy when some of his castmates came down with food poising while they filmed in Thailand! Ed Helms was likewise thrilled to get a meatier part in the sequel. His small-screen project, The Office, aired its season finale yesterday, and Ed revealed that he doesn't know what's next, but Steve Carell's rumored replacement, Catherine Tate, is a pro. The screening brought out plenty of famous faces, like cute couple Kristen Bell and Dax Shephard, Mike Tyson, and a super-pregnant Alyssa Milano. Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell were together last night to take in a movie at the Cinerama Dome in LA. The engaged duo have been enjoying a few low-key weeks together in California, but fans could be forgiven for thinking something big had transpired in their lives — Kristen referred to Dax as her husband on Twitter despite not yet tying the knot. Kristen said she actually wants a very small wedding, and isn't going overboard planning for the big day. Kristen did, though, act like a big spender during a prefilm trip to Costco. She tweeted a photo of one of her purchases and wrote, "A day at Costco often leads to months of regret."

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard walked hand in hand on the streets of NYC yesterday. The couple stopped by a coffee shop on the Upper West Side during their sweet outing before stepping back out later for a charity event. Kristen and Dax attended a Friendfactor benefit at Lavo last night in support of gay marriage along with Chelsea Clinton, Kelly Ripa, and others. Dax was able to join his fiancée since he recently wrapped work on Parenthood following the season finale last month. He also made an appearance with his fiancée at Monday's Met Gala, where Kristen wowed in a glamorous gold Tory Burch gown. Kristen had some exciting news to celebrate with her man since Gossip Girl was recently renewed for another season, and she'll stay on as the narrator for the small-screen series.
