Diane Kruger at Venice Film Festival Opening Dinner Pictures

George Clooney took off his bow tie and let loose with pals Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford at the Venice Film Festival opening dinner in Italy tonight. They were joined by Diane Kruger, Eli Roth, Evan Rachel Wood, and others for the event after the stars all attended the premiere of The Ides of March earlier in the day. Diane slipped out of her Elie Saab gown and into a sparkly black and white number for the evening's festivities, while Cindy and Evan sported their same red-carpet looks. The first day of the festival may be winding down, but there is still plenty of excitement in store, since Kate Winslet, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Matt Damon are just a few of the big names expected make their way to the Italian city in the coming days.
