We would think an upcoming divorce would make one a bit more depressed but in Kate's case she looks happier and better than ever. In fact, Kate still thinks it's summer running around on the beach in an itsy bitsy black bikini. Maybe the beach and her new boyfriend help keep a smile on her face.
