Do You Take Paris More Seriously Now?

You guys decided that you were still sick of Paris when she got out of jail, but she's been trying to change her image in the past few months. Next up, she's headed to Rwanda to take her philanthropic efforts to a new level.

Paris recognizes that this is a big undertaking and admitted to Newsweek that she's scared, saying, "I've heard it's really dangerous, I've never been on a trip like this before." So tell us, do you take Paris more seriously now?

i love paris hilton. (in fact i will be partying with her in Toronto this weekend) BUT I love NOT reading about her....I am an avid TMZ reader and everytime i used to go on all i would read about was Paris...now all i read about is Britney Spears...and I freakin hate her now, she needs serious help...im getting off topic...either way Paris is trying her best to show the people she is different.

Well the only thing is with her going over there "quietly" is... no one will know- meaning everyone's going to be going "She isn't doing anything! She hasn't changed! She isn't living up to her word!" So.. really, wither way she can't win. She's either a publicity whore for having it documented, or a liar because no one knows that she's helped.

I think that tells us everything we need to know.And, Imabeliever, I think you put your finger on it when you said "Of course most of her fans are vapid, shallow, wannabe famous for nothings" because that's exactly true, and those people are never going to give a flying fuck what is happening to anyone outside their own little bubble, no matter who tells them to. Add to that the fact that no self-respecting, educated, politically and socially aware person is suddenly going to sit back and listen to what Paris Hilton has to say about Rwanda and what you're left with is one large group of under privileged people in a desperate situation and one dumb slut with a camera crew.
