The Hills is back tonight with their sixth season, and we'll finally see Kristin Cavallari take over the role of narrator from Lauren Conrad. Kristin has been doing lots of promotional work to drum up excitement for the premiere, including an interview with Ryan Seacrest this morning that included more revelations about John Mayer, her relationship with Audrina Patridge and their alleged paychecks. You guys seem to be more excited for The City than The Hills, but tell us — do you think Kristin's going to spice things up this season?

LC dropped out of high school and couldn't hang in SFSU. Kristen received straight A's in high school and went to USC. plus LC is boring. the only reason people think Kristen is a bitch is because she is upfront about her feelings. More power to Kristen!
Regardless if Kristen is in this for popularity,money or whatever DOESN'T MATTER shes a pimp and a kick ass chick and i like her shes not a dingy girl like audrina and not a slooow special ed student like Stephanie Pratt or over dramatic wh*** like jade...shes just a pimp..it is what it is shes milking it for what its worth and i have no complaints cause if it was thrown my way fro 100,000 dollars a show i would read a script too. Who cares about these Z-listers. They need to go away forever, as does MTV, which has gone so far down. The drama on The Hills is always the same, he said, she said, someone's boyfriend is cheating with her, so and so are fighting.

To those who think that LC is the only educated one on the show (what, FIDM?), Lo goes to UCLA and Kristin Cavallari actually went to USC after high school. Kristin is the ONLY one who is admitting that The Hills is fake. You people make me laugh if you even think that that's the real her. She's playing a role that MTV is paying her for, come on! Fame-wh*re or not, she's smart for taking on the role.

This girl is so annoying. I remember her in Laguna Beach, always whiny and thinking all the boys liked her. Saying though her nose "Stepheen. Stepheenn". Ugh. After everybody totally forgot her, she said she would never do reality tv anymore. Now she's getting all LC's leftovers. So much for the "hate reality shows" attitude. Anyway, let's just hope The Hills is canceled now.

more like the annoying is back. i hope this show tanks with her as the "star", and she and the other two annoying ones can finally be taken off air.

well you know that KC always has drama where ever she goes - so i think that it's safe to say that she'll spice things up a bit. you have to admit that as much as we all loved it with lauren, you started to kind of guess what was going to happen. you know that this season there will be fights galore but at least it's a new dimension.

Her voice is so annoying, and she is SUCH a drama queen. I definitely won't be watching. I'd be curious to see how the ratings fare after the initial episode with her in it. I remember when she was doing interviews after Laguna, talking about how she was too good for reality TV, and how she was going to be in movies. I see how well that worked out!

the hills was only good because of LC. now that she's gone, i find no reason to continue watching. if people hates speidi, then i don't understand why they like kristin. cos, they are all attention-seeking.

I would much rather look at/listen to Kristen than Lauren (yawn).

I think Kristin is trying to use the show to boost her fame and help her get her "acting" career off the ground. Being on a reality tv show will not give her credibility to be taken seriously in Hollywood. Lauren is smart, she wasn't aiming towards being a famous actress or singer, she had realistic ambitions - clothing line, a book, makeup, etc. All of those things will make her money in the future and are good investments, vs. banking on bringing money in doing low budget movies and doing club appearances.
At least Lauren is smart and actually was one of the few who received an education. Kristin is just self-absorbed if anything I hope someone puts her in her place she needs to be taken down a notch.
Does everyone remember when she did an interview with her and they asked her "The Hills...hot or not?" and she replied...NOT. Now look at her. She's only on there after Lauren made it was it is. Give me a break.
