He's dealing with his latest round of trouble after being accused of domestic violence again on Monday, and his run-in with the law was apparently the last straw for his children. Lindsay's mother, Dina, revealed that she and her kids are planning to drop Lohan from their legal names. Dina and her youngest daughter, Ali, are adopting her maiden surname, Sullivan, while Lindsay will just go by her first name.
