He has been torturing everyone with that ugly beard for a long time so the movie role story sounds bogus. That's always an easy excuse for "actors."

He is old and unattractive whether he shaves or not, Botoxes or not, face lift or not. Some of his ugliness comes from the inside because he is a hypocritical opportunist and a media sham.

The lack of grooming could be a sign of depression and drugs, it could be total arrogance that he doesn't need to look presentable
