Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was buried under a mountain of evidence and heart-wrenching testimony when he was convicted of 45 counts of child abuse. Today he's in a maximum-security prison in Pennsylvania. At least one person thinks he's innocent: Dottie, his wife of 37 years. OK, actually there are at least two people. On the Today show this week, Dottie was joined by filmmaker John Ziegler, who also claims Sandusky was wrongly accused.

Dottie spoke with Matt Lauer:

"Do I believe him? I definitely believe him. Because if I didn't believe him, when I testified at trial, I could have not said what I said. I would have had to tell the truth."

As for the motives of the victims, she said, "I think it was, they were manipulated, and they saw money. Once lawyers came into the case, they said there was money." She also took Matt on a tour of their house. Watch now.
