Drew Goes to the Dogs

Drew Barrymore was all about black and white the other day in LA. Even though her last couple of films haven't been blockbusters, she's still a hot commodity. In fact, she's just been cast as the lead voice in Disney's upcoming film South of the Border. She will be the voice of a pampered Beverly Hills Chihuahua who gets lost in Mexico and has to rely on the doggies she meets along the way to get back home. Sounds like a cute family film. Perhaps Drew learned a little from her BFF Cameron about the fabulous world of voice over work.

carolx15: I can't wait for Grey Gardens also. :DDrew has done Olive, The Other Reindeer and Titan A.E. (w/ Matt Damon). And has done voice work on The Simpsons and Family Guy (more than once). So, yea, she's been doing it more and a lot longer than Cameron. I think she might have taught Cameron a thing or two. And the dress is cute.

I like the hair color she is sporting. This is great casting, because if anyone sounds like they are from BH, it's Drew. She's got a decidedly "LA" way of speaking.

I bet BFF CAM told her everything you need to know about voice over work while they were smoking a joint on the beach of Hawaii - if I´d been there I would knew everything about voice over as well !!!
