SJP and Blake Lively Team Up to Launch Target Up North

Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively helped launch Canada's first Target store in Toronto yesterday.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively helped launch Canada's first Target store in Toronto yesterday. Blake wore a Roland Mouret dress and Christian Louboutin shoes while SJP kept things a bit more casual in white jeans. The pair were joined by Canadian actress and Happy Endings star Elisha Cuthbert, who shopped around the store and later gushed about meeting Sarah Jessica. She tweeted, "What a dream, chatting and hanging out with the one and only Sarah Jessica Parker."

Blake is no stranger to the land up north, as she is married to Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds, and the two hung out in Canada in February while Ryan filmed Queen of the Night. Blake has been taking some time off from work after she wrapped Gossip Girl last year. Meanwhile, her Target shopping buddy SJP is reportedly working on two films and recently checked out the Tilda Swinton sleeping in a box exhibit at New York's Museum of Modern Art.

Jenna Talks Kids, Stacy Shows Skin — More Highlights From VH1 Divas

Last night was all about the ladies, as famous singers joined up for VH1 Divas in LA.

Last night was all about the ladies, as famous singers joined up for VH1 Divas in LA. Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, and Keri Hilson performed, while Adam Lambert pulled double-duty as host and performer. Adam rocked the crowd with a cover of Madonna's "Ray of Light" to mark the 30th anniversary of her debut single, "Everybody." Adam also joined Keri and Kelly for an energetic tribute to Donna Summer, who passed away in May. Newly engaged Kelly Clarkson wowed the crowd with a performance of "Catch My Breath," and Demi performed her single "Give Your Heart a Break" while flying over the stage in a giant clear bubble. The night was full of emotion, with Jordin Sparks making sure there wasn't a dry eye in the house with a tribute to the late Whitney Houston. Jordin's performance was especially emotional since she had costarred with Whitney in her final film, Sparkle. Finally, Miley covered Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell."

Stacy Keibler and Jenna Dewan-Tatum were also at the event. Stacy, who wore a Monique Lhuillier suit and Jimmy Choo shoes, presented one of the acts while Jenna, wearing a Temperley London gown, introduced a performance by Ciara. While walking the red carpet, Jenna talked about kids with her husband, Channing Tatum. Her billowing gown has some whispering about a pregnancy, and when asked about her and Channing's time frame for a family, Jenna said, "Probably sooner than later — we both want kids." "Sooner" happened more quickly than some expected, with Jenna confirming that she is pregnant with her first child earlier this morning!

Lea Michele Celebrates Her Nylon TV Issue Cover With Famous Friends

Lea Michele was the guest of honor last night at Sony X Headphones and Nylon's private dinner and party at Mr. C in Beverly Hills.

Lea Michele was the guest of honor last night at Sony X Headphones and Nylon's private dinner and party at Mr. C in Beverly Hills. The celebration toasted Lea's cover for the magazine's September TV issue and the launch of Sony's new headphones, which were developed with The X Factor's own Simon Cowell.

Lucy Hale, a newly engaged Elisha Cuthbert, The Office's B.J. Novak, and The Vampire Diaries actress Kat Graham were among the other notable guests on hand for the soiree. We caught up with Lea before dinner, when she jokingly told us she "begged" the magazine to pick her as the issue's covergirl, and talked about the season premiere of Glee. Lea says that so far this season, most of the scenes she's shot have been opposite Chris Colfer, Corey Monteith, and guest star Kate Hudson. Lea hinted that there will be even more big-name cameos announced soon, and said finding out Kate and Sarah Jessica Parker would both be on the show this season was like a dream come true. She said: "When I found out that we had Kate and Sarah, I was like, I'm sorry — does it get any better than that for a girl my age?"

Video: Elisha Cuthbert on Why Alex and Dave Aren't the Ross and Rachel of Happy Endings

Season two of Happy Endings left us with a cliffhanger when we saw Dave and Alex rekindling their romance at a wedding.

Season two of Happy Endings left us with a cliffhanger when we saw Dave and Alex rekindling their romance at a wedding. But are these former fiancés in it to win it this time? That's exactly what was on my mind when I sat down with Elisha Cuthbert at a recent press day in LA. She revealed that Alex and Dave's relationship will be "casual," and that their relationship may not be on the same status as Ross and Rachel's epic breakup/make-up roller coaster that we saw on Friends. Watch and be sure to tune in to Happy Endings' third season on Oct. 23!

Elisha Cuthbert and her fiancé, Dion Phaneuf, were among the celebrities at the US Open on Saturday. Dion and Elisha announced their engagement earlier this month, and she modeled a huge diamond on her left hand this weekend — how does her ring stack up against other celebrity engagement rings? The pair seem to be enjoying their newly engaged status, though they'll be forced to go their separate ways in upcoming weeks. Elisha's scheduled to resume filming the third season of Happy Endings in LA and Dion's returning to Canada to practice with the Toronto Maple Leafs for the upcoming NHL season.

Pretty in Peach: The Summer's Must-Have Polish Shade

Coral nail polish is Summer's classic, go-to shade that spans generations, from grandmas to grad students.

Coral nail polish is Summer's classic, go-to shade that spans generations, from grandmas to grad students. Peach, however, is giving the standard bright orange-yellow hue a run for its money. The tame cousin of coral, this rich pastel tone goes with everything from a crisp white frock à la Elisha Cuthbert (upper and lower left) to an edgier black ensemble, as seen on Khloe Kardashian (lower right). Of course, you can always keep things in the same color family like Ali Landry (upper right) did: the star paired her orange dress with a complementary peach polish. And for a touch of sparkle, a glittery golden lacquer on the ring finger provides a trendy finishing touch. Try American Apparel Nail Polish in Summer Peach ($6).

Trendspotting: Sporty-Cool Colorblock

If the Fall runway collections from Rag & Bone, 3.1 Phillip Lim, and Jil Sander are any indication, now is the time to invest in all things sporty — think body-conscious racerback tanks; slouchy, relaxed outerwear; and cool, graphic colorblock prints.

If the Fall runway collections from Rag & Bone, 3.1 Phillip Lim, and Jil Sander are any indication, now is the time to invest in all things sporty — think body-conscious racerback tanks; slouchy, relaxed outerwear; and cool, graphic colorblock prints. We can also look to celebrities to glean some inspiration on the trend: Solange Knowles put a louche spin on the trend by pairing a colorblock tee with a pair of slim-fitting trousers while Kate Winslet dazzled in a supersexy Stella McCartney sheath dress, artfully contoured to streamline the silhouette. Additionally, Elisha Cuthbert made a sleek statement in a short-sleeved BCBG Max Azria frock. The sexy sportif trend is easy to achieve; just stick to modern, minimalist shapes, brightly hued colorblocking, and athletic-inspired silhouettes. Ready to get physical? Happy Endings Stars Zachary Knighton and Elisha Cuthbert Say They're "Probably Going to Make Out This Year"

Happy Endings comes back on Sept.

Happy Endings comes back on Sept. 28, with its second season, and now that the show has found its footing, it seems that the relationship between Dave and Alex has also gotten to solid ground. Zachary Knighton and Elisha Cuthbert play the exes whose breakup started it all, and I sat down with them to chat about their characters and whether Dave and Alex will ever get back together. They also talked about how excited they are to be coming back for a second season — listen for Knighton mentioning the fact that most of the shows he has appeared on never make it past the first season (RIP FlashForward).
