Ellen Pompeo wore a bikini yesterday for a fun beach afternoon in Maui. She played in the waves with 3-year-old daughter, Stella Ivery. Ellen and her little one jetted out of LA just a few weeks after the season finale of Grey's Anatomy aired. The episode was full of dramatic moments, including the death of a major character. There was additional suspense surrounding Grey's when it was unclear which stars will return next year. Grey's Anatomy was renewed for the 2012-2013 season, but stars Patrick Dempsey and Ellen weren't always 100% sure about coming back. However, as of last month, it seems both Ellen and Patrick were able to negotiate terms allowing their stay at Seattle Grace for one more season.
