Today, commoners, Queen Elizabeth, and pop royalty gathered at Buckingham Palace for the BBC's Diamond Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the monarch's 60 years on the throne. Unfortunately, in the midst of her Diamond Jubilee Central Weekend, the queen is dealing with some trying circumstances, as her husband, Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, was rushed to the hospital today with a bladder infection. Locals told BBC they feel for the royal couple, especially since Prince Philip will no longer be able to attend the rest of the Central Weekend events that include today's concert and tomorrow's service and carriage ride.

But the show must go on, and the queen still attended the Diamond Jubilee concert today (with earplugs in!) along with young royals Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, Zara Phillips, and Princess Beatrice. The star-studded event kicked off at 7:30 p.m. London time, and the public and royal family members alike — 12,000 people in total — jammed to music by Elton John, will.i.am, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, and more on a stage built around the Queen Victoria Memorial in front of Buckingham Palace. Before the firework celebration ended the evening, Prince Charles introduced his "mummy," as he called her, and gave a touching speech in her honor. See the concert festivities now!

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan stole the show at last night's concert for the Rainforest Fund, held inside NYC's Carnegie Hall. The hot couple took the stage for a dance routine, with Jenna looking hot in a red wrap dress and Channing dapper in a porkpie hat. They shared the stage with singing legends like Elton John, Sting, Jennifer Hudson, and James Taylor. There was another special duet in store for Channing — Channing and Elton gyrated together for a rendition of "Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend."

Meryl Streep also lent her voice to the show, teaming up with Sting and Elton for The Wizard of Oz's "If I Only Had a Brain." President Bill Clinton even emerged to say a few words. The Rainforest concert is an annual event organized by Sting and his wife Trudie Styler. Sting and Trudie led the celebrity guests to an afterparty at the Pierre Hotel that featured an auction, where someone paid $26,000 to have Tom Hanks record their voice mail message.

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer cozied up between performances by Foster the People, while Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne shared a laugh on the dance floor. Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder got in on the charitable action when they auctioned off a vampire bite that fetched $80,000 from the crowd. Katy Perry bid $50,000 on cooking lessons but lost to producer Steve Tisch, though the duo apparently decided to spend $100,000 and split the prize. Models Heidi Klum and Bar Refaeli snapped pictures for Twitter before Bar and Brooklyn Decker switched venues and popped up at Vanity Fair's Oscar bash at Sunset Tower. There were plenty more parties around town, including George Clooney's own event at Craig's that was attended by Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Emily Blunt, and John Krasinski.

Elton John's annual Oscar party benefiting his AIDS Foundation was a hit in LA last night. The event, which was held at West Hollywood Park, was one of many fetes around town, but still drew plenty of big names. Alessandra Ambrosio showed off her baby bump in a Roberto Cavalli gown while fellow models Bar Refaeli and Brooklyn Decker followed the metallic trend in looks by Cavalli and Valentino, respectively. Miley Cyrus arrived in a glamorous Roberto Cavalli number as well with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, and Vanessa Hudgens chose a strapless dress from Georges Chakra Couture.

Gwen Stefani arrived in a lacy Zuhair Murad mini with her band No Doubt and headed inside to mingle with friends. Kim Kardashian, in Alaïa, made it a family affair alongside sister Kourtney, and The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev wore black J. Mendel on the arm of boyfriend and costar Ian Somerhalder. Malin Akerman and Anna Paquin mixed things up in embellished looks from Sportmax and Pucci. Anna was joined by husband Stephen Moyer for the exciting night.

Ashley Tisdale brought a pop of color in a bright red Maria Lucia Hohan and chatted with pal Vanessa during the bash, while Heidi Klum showed lots of leg in a yellow backless Atelier Versace. Katy Perry accented her blue locks with a sparkling Blumarine gown and Kelly Osbourne changed into a sweet Georges Hobeika Couture after working the Oscars red carpet.

Elton and David were joined by Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, along with their twins, earlier this month, and the two families lounged in the sun and explored the Mediterranean together. NPH and his partner have since parted ways from their famous friends, but it looks like Elton and David's getaway isn't over yet as they continue to relax overseas with other pals like British comic David Walliams and his bikini-clad supermodel wife, Lara Stone.

NPH is coming off his latest media blitz, promoting his Summer live-action 3D film The Smurfs. The film wasn't a runaway success with critics, but it did share the top spot at the box office with Cowboys & Aliens last weekend, each respectively taking in $36.2 million. NPH missed out on ABC's TCA events this week in LA, but his costar Jason Segel was there to represent the cast of How I Met Your Mother and field questions about the show's upcoming seventh season. He didn't give away any mother spoilers, though Jason did talk about his character, Marshall, becoming a dad, saying, "I feel so bad for whatever kids they hire. I'm so awkward. I'm like the Abominable Snowman from the Bugs Bunny cartoons. These poor, acting babies."

David also made time for a quick onboard haircut while Elton welcomed one of their friends aboard. The couple has been making the social rounds during the Venice Biennale, and Elton apparently even added some artwork to his collection with the purchase of a piece from an exhibition called The Future Generation. Elton broke from the creative proceedings in Italy, though, to recently write a letter to Florida governor Rick Scott to advocate against changing the eligibility laws for access to HIV drugs in the Sunshine State.
